Our Collaboration Process
At Esmaeili Trading Company, partnering with importers and international clients is not just a commercial interaction but a reliable, purposeful, and long‑term experience. We have designed this process around the principles of transparency, commitment, speed of execution, and alignment with the needs of global markets—so that at every stage, from the very first contact through shipment and post‑delivery support, our clients feel secure, in control, and confident in the value we deliver.
Whether you are a large corporation seeking regular supply or a distributor newly entering export markets, we have structured our collaboration path to be simple, trackable, and flexible. By combining export expertise, custom packaging, digital relationship management (CRM), and compliance with international regulations, our cooperation process turns importing into a professional, predictable, and profitable experience.
Stage One: Needs Analysis
Our partnership begins with collecting precise client information—product type, target market, required volume, packaging preferences, and payment terms. After an expert analysis, we present a formal commercial proposal detailing specifications, lead time, pricing, shipping conditions, and product samples. This stage lays the foundation of trust and transparency with our international clients.
Stage Two: Contract
Upon proposal approval, we draft a formal contract in accordance with global standards—available in English, Russian, or Arabic—and covering shipping details, payment terms, permits, and mutual obligations. The order then immediately moves into production or sourcing, and our Quality Control team verifies and documents all product specifications per the destination country’s regulations.
Stage Three: Packaging and Logistics
Products are packaged in durable, customized materials with labels in the destination country’s language. We then partner with reputable carriers to load and ship goods by land, sea, or air. Export documentation—including the commercial invoice, bill of lading, certificate of origin, packing list, and customs paperwork—is prepared and delivered to the client.
Stage Four: Support & Feedback
Our engagement doesn’t end upon delivery. Our export support team remains available to answer questions, gather feedback, discuss future orders, and advise on market expansion. Communications are maintained via CRM, email, WhatsApp, and multilingual channels, all with the goal of building lasting business relationships.
